  1. Get 2 chicken breasts sliced into fillets

  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes (these were white ones but red ones are fine too). Cut long, thin strips and place on top of the onions.
  3. Add a layer of tomato sauce and sprinkle with oregano. Put in a pre-heated oven at 180º for 30 minutes
  4. When ready wash and chop the fresh basil and sprinkle. Serve and enjoy :-)
