Taste and add salt as needed. Add the chicken and mix, making sure to coat the chicken with the tomato and carrot mixture. Bring to the boil, cover and lower the heat. Cook the chicken, gently turning the pieces over in the middle, until the chicken turns white.

Instructions to make Chicken bukhara:
  1. Wash the chicken,wipe it.
  2. Marinade it with ginger, garlic paste for 1 an hour.
  3. In a pan add ghee,let it hot.add onion pink it.add all whole spices,saute it.
  4. Griend it smooth in a mixture jar.
  5. Now in a Heat pan add oil,let it hot.add marinated chicken.roast it 5 miniutes in the high flame.remove it from the flame.
  6. In the same pan add oil,let it hot.add griended spices saute it.add powdered spice,add some milk,roast it in the slow flame.
  7. Add griended bukhara,saute it.
  8. Add brown onion paste,curd,mix it well.add fried chicken saute it.
  9. Add 2 cup of water,boil it 3 minutes.add salt.
  10. Remove it from the flame.
  11. Serve it in a bowl, Garnish it with cream & mint leaves.
  12. It can be served any time of meals.

Add rice on top of the chicken. Don't stir because the layers of vegetables and chicken should remain undisturbed, but distribute the rice evenly over the chicken.
