Dough bnany ke liye flour mien salt mix kar le or pani se goondh lien. Eik dum pani nahi dalien, Thora Thora dalien or goondh lien.
Dough na zeyada hard ho na soft. Dough bnanay ke baad wet cloth se cover kar ke 30 minutes ke liye room temperature par rakh dein.
Filling bnany ke liye eik Wok mien oil or ginger garlic paste daalien halka sa sautay krny ke bd chicken daal dein jab chicken colour change krny lggy to spices daal dien (salt, red crushed Chilli, black pepper or turmeric) daal kar achi terha mix krein phir thorda sa pani daal kar cover kar dein (about 5 minutes).
Jab chicken gall Jaye to onions or cabbage daal dein or mazeed 5 minutes cover kar dein. After that time check the salt or phir flame medium to high kar ke achi terha cook kar lien ta ke pani evaporate ho Jaye. Mixture ko cool kar lien.

Iss paray ko uth ke hath min rakhein Ab bind ki hui sab sides pakard ke roll shape mien halka sa ghuma kar fold kar lien ta ke saray binding points eik joint par bind ho jayein.
Frying ke liye oil garam krein,slow flame par oil garam krein eik wooden skrewer oil mien dip krein halke se bubbles ban'ny lggy to prepared kachori ko oil min daal dein. (Tip is ke flame slow rakhien, werna oper se dark ho Jaye gi under se kachi reh Jaye gi).
Eik time mien 2 ya small Hain to 3 kachori dalien. Halki flame par dono sides se golden hony par fry kar lien.
Fry ho Jaye to tissue paper par nikalien or dahi ki Chutni ya any sauce ke sath serve krein.
