  6. place all your finished cake balls into the freezer for about 20 min
  7. while the balls are in the freezer start your double broiler and add the cndy melts.stir ocasionally until fully melted.
  8. take the balls out of the freezer dip the tip of the lolipop stick in the melted candy melts and stick the stick into the ball half way.then place in freezer for 5min or until the bit of candy is hard.
  9. take the balls out of the freezer once youve put all the sticks in and carefuly dip them in the candy melts while turning them slowly mking sure all ball is coverd and stixk them in your styrofom stand .
  10. let harden at room tempeture ten cover with baggies.

Dip the tip of the cake pop sticks into the white chocolate and insert into the cake balls about half-way. Meanwhile prepare all of your decorating supplies. Melt the remaining chocolate in a large cup. Make sure you have enough chocolate to completely submerge the cake ball. For cake pops, dip one end of each cake pop stick (lollipop sticks work just fine) into melted candy coating or chocolate and poke cake pop sticks into balls (this helps the balls stay on the sticks).
