  10. Allow the omelette to cook and a low heat until the bottom is cooked.
  11. Once the bottom of the omelette is cooked, place the omelette under the grill for a few minutes. Check on it regularly. Make sure the handle of the pan is outside of the grill and the pan has no plastic.
