  1. Add a drizzle of olive oil to a large shallow pan over a medium heat - Sauté the chicken, onion, mushroom, garlic and bacon for 10 minutes - In a smaller pan melt the dairy free spread then whisk in the flour - Stir in the wine and stock and cook for 5 minutes stirring continuously
  2. Pour the sauce into the pan with the chicken - Add in the thyme and seasoning - Cook on a low heat for 25 minutes - Serve with gluten free crusty bread or crispy potatoes
