  11. Get 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  12. Make ready 1 tsp sugar
  13. Make ready 1 tbsp soya sauce
  14. Prepare 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  15. Get 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  16. Take 1 tsp vinegar

Baby Corn Paneer is a delightful recipe which is made with cottage cheese, capsicum, tomatoes and corns. They taste supremely delicious and go well as a party snack. Now add Spring Onion Greens and mix well. Transfer the Baby Corn Paneer Jalfrezi to a bowl and garnish with chopped coriander or Cilantro.

Instructions to make Chilli paneer with baby corn:
  1. Dust the paneer cubes with salt and cornflour. Heat oil in a deep pan and deep fry the panner till lightly brown on the outside. Remove and keep aside.
  2. In another pan heat oil add ginger and garlic an sauté well and add onion and sauté for 1 minute. Now add capsicums and baby corn and toss for a minute.
  3. Now add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, black pepper powder and a pinch of sugar toss then add fried cottage cheese, pinch of salt and add vinegar.
  4. Dissolve 1 tablespoon cornflour in 1/4 cup of water and add it to the pan.Mix well and cook on high heat for a while. This will thicken the sauce. Now it's ready, serve hot.

Do not over cook the paneer. Soaking it in hot/warm water makes it really soft. Add the paneer last and switch off within a few minutes. The paneer will cook in the residual heat of the curry itself. This will give you very soft paneer.
