  13. Make ready 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  14. Get as needed Salt
  15. Take 3 cup oil for stuffed Pumpkin frying

Put the pumpkin lid back on and place pumpkin in a baking pan with a little water in the bottom. The recipe calls for venison, but ground beef may be substituted. This is a beautiful dish to serve as a centerpiece to your holiday celebration. A whole pumpkin is stuffed with a savory meat mixture.

  1. In a pan take oil heat it. Add onion and when it change it's color add Ginger garlic paste and cook a minute.
  2. Now add Mutton Mince, cover it and cook for 7 minutes.
  3. Now add coriander powder, cumin powder, Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black pepper, garam masala, karahi masala,salt. Mix all ingredients and again cover it for 10 minutes.
  4. Now put Mince to one side and left the other empty. In the empty side add tomatoes and chopped green chillies.
  5. Put the mince over tomatoes and cover it fully under Mutton mince. Cover (dhakun rakh dy) it for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the cover mix tomatoes with mince and cook it for 5 minutes without covering.
  7. Mutton Mince is ready, let it on room temperature for few minutes.
  8. In the meanwhile peel off the baby/ round pumpkin. With the help of spoon or knife remove the seeds to make them hollow.
  9. Now stuff each pumpkin with prepared mince stuff and put it aside.
  10. In a pan take oil heat up. Put all pumpkins one by one in the oil and fry it till it's color change and cook properly.
  11. Now transfer it to plate and serve with naan/roti, raita and salad 🥗.

The recipe calls for venison, but ground beef may be substituted.. Carefully slice off the top half-inch of each pumpkin and discard the tops. Scoop out the seeds and discard. Place the pumpkins on a baking sheet with sides or a large baking dish. Season the inside of the pumpkin generously with salt and pepper, and put it on the baking sheet or in the pot.
