  1. Firstly measure all the dals and rice and put it in a big vessel
  2. Put the methi seeds and dry red chillies.Then wash it well and soak it for 5 to 6 hours.
  3. Then drain the water and grind it. Put salt and hing and mix well.
  4. Now in the same mixer jar put the baby onions, green chillies, ginger & curry leaves and grind it.
  5. Now add this ground mixture in the batter and keep aside for a few minutes.
  6. Now heat a tawa and when hot take a laddle full of batter and spread in circular motion to form a Dosa.Drizzle oil on sides and top of the Dosa and let it cook from both sides.
  7. Serve hot with chutney, thokku or molgapodi
