Add in cream & chopped swiss chard and cook till. Yogurt and lemon mix with tandoori spice–a blend including cumin, ginger, turmeric and red pepper–for a tart, rich, slightly hot marinade and baking sauce in this traditional Indian dish. Creamy, tangy, and a little spicy these just melt in your mouth. The sauce is an absolute treat over steamed rice, chapati or roti.

Steps to make Tandoori Tarts:
  1. For the marination in a bowl take all the ingredients for marination & mix well, add salt to it & again mix well, then add baby corn, potato & paneer & mix well & let it rest for 30min in the fridge.
  2. Then in a oven tray place foil paper over it, bake the baby corn first over 220°c for 15min.
  3. Then bake the potatoes over 220°c for 15min.
  4. The bake the paneer over 200°c for 10min.
  5. In a tart shell place green chutney in the bottom, place each piece of tandoori vegetables & paneer, garnish with sour cream & serve.
