pan on medium heat
add 1Tbs of olive oil
Cook onions, peppers, garlic, & mushrooms until soft
add 1Tbs olive oil and Cook ground turkey on med high until only slightly pink
add spices to meat and add stock
add chillies and Cook until slight boil
combine flour and water until forming a slightly thickened
Add flour mixture to chilli and stir until boiling
Turn flame down & simmer for a min of 15 mins
add 1/2 can of evaporated milk
serve over rice with cheddar cheese & garnished with sour cream
