Then side by side take another pan pour in some oil, when the oil is hot add sliced onions, saute till they are translucent, then throw in capsicum, tomatoes (deseeded and cut in large pieces), carrots and baby corn. When the veggies are slightly cooked throw in paneer (cut into large pieces), salt to taste and crushed pepper. Cook for around 1 min on a slow flame.
  5. Meanwhile our tomato paste is cooked then pour in the tamarind pulp to it (squeeze tamarind you will get the pulp) once simmered then drop in the cooked veggies.
  6. Cook it for around 5 minutes and garnish it with coriander. Our tangy veggie delight is ready.
