  23. Get 2 Tsp oil
  24. Take 2 Tsp coriander leaves
  25. Make ready 1 Tsp kasoori methi Dry

  4. Add tomato cook it 2 miniutes.add all powdered spices.add 1/2 cup of water.
  5. Add roasted potatoes.stir it.add Almond paste,curd,aalu bukhara paste mix it very well in slow flame 2 miniutes.
  6. After this process remove it from the flame.
  7. Add kasuri methi,mix it.
  8. Serve it in a plate Garnish it with corindear leaf & cream.
