  18. Get 1 thumb size of fresh turmeric or 1 tsp turmeric powder
  19. Prepare 1 tsp coriander powder
  20. Make ready 1 tbsp salt
  21. Make ready 1 tbsp sugar

Then steamed for 30 minutes.
  5. Grilled the steamed fish on the grilled pan for about 10-20 minutes.
  6. Serve with the warm steamed rice
