  3. For the chicken stir fry; marinade the chicken strips with(oil,maggi,spices,scotch bonnet&garlic paste) for 1hour
  4. In a sauce pan on medium heat add little oil and pour the chicken in and stir till it started becoming golden brown in color
  5. Add ur veggies and stir fry for a minutes and spices and maggi to taste and continue stiring for 2-3minutes.. serve with rice,pasta or anything of ur choice
